    I fell in love when I first saw this car. Traded in a 2005 Jeep Liberty with only 68000 miles on it. The quiet and feel while driving is amazing! Am getting 25/32 MPG obviously better than the Jeep. Would have liked an auto trunk lid, hard to maneuver with pkgs in your arms but plenty of room for groceries etc. I am not tech savvy so I am still learning all the things available on this car. Was leary at first about 4cl turbo but it has plenty of pep on straight away as well as mountain roads. Am a senior citizen and getting in and out is a breeze. Price and value I feel is very good

    I bought the Buick Encore Leather packaged car used and was a leased car and was in new low milage condition. Before I bought it, I read the Consumer Report on it and saw their review as under powered with better choices out there. I couldnt disagree more. The 4 cylender is only underpowered if youre used to gunning it at the stop lights. The 6 speed trans gives very smooth acceleration not bogging down at all and I get 33.2 mpg on the road driving the speed limit. The handling is exceptional and very quiet to drive. Every body seam every interior fit is perfect. My only single complaint is the dim headlights. I spent 25 and upgraded to 125w (each bulb), 6,000k, 1200 lumen LED headlights (5 minute DIY job) and now its a perfect SUV for my Wife & I.

    The 2020 Buick Encore is a very good car on the outside. The car looks amazing no matter what color of paint you have on it. I love how stylish and appealing to the eye the Buick Encore is. The Buick Encore is a very modern car as well. A lot of technology is tucked into this car that you can't see from just looking at it. The fuel consumption is amazing, personally I love how I can rely on my car not burning through gas when I decide to take an extra trip out. In short, the Encore is very easy on your wallet. About $25 bucks to completely fill up (Michigan gas prices). Now the outside is great, but what is on the inside doesn't quite live up to the hype. It's a very weak car. The engine is very small and feels extremely underwhelming. The transmission is slow and clunky. Trust me, you can feel it when this car shifts up into a different gear. To me this isn't a huge problem though since the slow transmission is only noticeable at slower city speeds. The Encore feels very bare bones to me. I'm talking about the necessities. There is no blind spot assist on the mirrors (to me isn't a problem, but to some is annoying) like the ones on the Cadillac XT4. That is just an example but let me talk about the good technology. The cruise control works like a dream on the Encore. It's effortless and executed perfectly. Just press the cruise control button on the steering wheel and flick up the tab to set your speed and boom you're in cruise control. The Bluetooth Wireless tech works yes, but isn't the most user friendly. No I am not ignorant, I am very keen on technology. The Bluetooth technology connects on my Apple phone well. It's a little weird with how it adjusts the volume of the music, most of the time when I have my phone connected wirelessly it has the volume very quiet. I prefer to have it connected thru a USB cable since there is zero lag and it connects lightning fast, but it is user preference. The Hands free phone feature works very well. You can accept and decline a call with the push of a button on your steering wheel or touch panel. I find it very convenient. The remote keyless entry is very handy to have. Also being able to start your car without even having to go into it is very useful. For me, I would start my car ten minutes before I would drive to school because in Michigan it gets very cold. The car would be warmed up for me when I got in and it really filled the void of not having a heated steering wheel (I believe you can opt in for one though). The car's internet access is not really a difference maker in my opinion, but I see why some like it. Push button engine start is amazing., super effortless, and very fast. Of course the car has a radio and it's little speakers can get surprisingly loud. The speakers give very high quality audio and with a manual adjuster of how much bass and treble you want you can truly fit your audio to be perfect. I have a problem with the seating. The driver's and shotgun's seat is very roomy and comfortable but the rear seating is pretty crammed. A good car for someone single, not a family car. To finish off this review I would say if you are single and on a tighter budget then definitely purchase this car. It is my first car and I to this day love my car so much. The features are great and the looks are greater! Hope this review could help you.
